Thank you for giving me the opportunity to join you in working towards the goals you have for your life. I value your right to privacy, respect and practical support. 

I have 20 years' experience providing competent and non-judgmental professional counseling with children, adolescents and adults.  

People have come to trust and work with me in counseling for a variety of reasons such as: 

• navigating life changes 
• stress
• anxiety
• relationships
• depression
• children's behaviors
• other challenges life presents

Although people may share things in common in life, I understand that no two people, their experiences and goals are the same.  I will tailor your sessions to you as an individual, with your experiences in mind, to meet your specific goals. You can expect privacy, respect and practical support. 

• The initial session will last about an hour to an hour and a half. I will complete an initial clinical assessment to better understand you, your experiences and your goals.  However, our experience during the initial session is more like an informal conversation where we'll begin to get to know one another.
• Therapy sessions usually last 50 minutes to an hour and will be directed by the plan we create together at the end of the initial session.
